  • 1 cup frozen cherries
  • ½ frozen (or non frozen banana)
  • ¼ avocado
  • ½ tablespoon cacoa
  • 1 large heaping scoop of good quality protein powder
  • ½ tablespoon hemp seeds (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon almond butter
  • 8 oz almond milk
  1. Place all the ingredients in a high speed blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
