  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • ⅓ cup plain or vanilla yogurt, dairy or coconut
  • 1 cup milk, dairy or coconut
  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz!
  2. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.
