With the big day fast approaching here is a line up of my favorite Vegan Thanksgiving dishes. Soups are always a great idea and what screams Thanksgiving more than Butternut Squash? There are non negotiables such as Cranberry Sauce, Apple and Herb Stuffing and Mashed Potato, then there are alternatives such as a deliciously flavorful Lentil Loaf instead of the poor old Turkey. Not a fan of Pumpkin Pie? (I don’t blame you) why not try Pumpkin Cupcakes with Orange Maple Frosting or an Apple and Berry crisp with non diary ice cream melting seductively into the juices.
Trying hard to add some more healthy options alongside the Sweet Potatoes with Marshmallows? try the Butternut Squash and Kale Salad or the Rainbow Slaw, both incredibly healthy and delicious.
