Power Smoothie!

A blueberry smoothie

A powerfully delicious blueberry smoothie to fuel you throughout the day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup blueberries, frozen or not
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 banana (frozen or not)
  • 1214 oz non dairy milk, cashew, almond, soy and oat are all great options
  • 1 heaping scoop of Vegan Protein Powder
  • A large handful of baby spinach or kale leaves
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds

Instructions

  1. Place in a high speed blender and blitz until smooth. If the mixture is too thick add a little more milk.
  2. Pour into a tall glass, sip and enjoy.
